Structure

The ÖH consists of various organisational units made up of a national representation of interests for students.

National representation
The national representation is the Austrian wide interest representation for students in Vorarlberg. The organisation of the latter can be compared with Parliament because the national representation also has elected mandates and an executive government which manages its daily business. The FH Vorarlberg has a direct mandate for the national representation which belongs to the faction FEST (Faction of motivated students and organisational body of almost all FH's in Austria).

Course representation
The course representation is the representation of interests of a FH and consists of the chairperson team, course speakers, instructors, national mandate holders and student council members. It coordinates and manages the representation of student interests and decides on expenditure to be incurred.

Course representation
This deals above all with the interests of the student's own course and comprises representatives from the individual intakes and also the elected course chairperson.
