FHV Works Council

The works council comprises elected colleagues who represent the rights of employees in the organisation.

The works council

• is interested in pleasant working conditions

• ensures that the laws and agreements are followed

• make sure that, in the event of conflict, constructive dialogue is used

• achieves its results in negotiations with the solidarity of the workforce

• focuses on a good working atmosphere and promotes the ideal of togetherness in the organisation
