We see ourselves as a service-oriented provider at the FHV for personnel issues and we see optimal support of all staff members as a function which we want to shape with a minimum of bureaucracy, efficient, prompt completion of our tasks and in cooperation with the Works Council/Equal Opportunities Office in the best possible way.
