Why study Social Work?

The FH Vorarlberg is closely networked with regional employer organisations in Social Work and therefore offers graduates good connections for their first job in the Vorarlberg Region.

Our external lecturers are primarily experts that do business in concrete Social Work. Our internal lecturers have extensive practical experience and in-depth teaching knowledge. Our lecturers promote an inspiring learning climate and implement diverse forms of teaching.

The curriculum is designed in a "generalistic" way, which means it teaches those competencies that can be broadly used in the diverse fields of action for social work.

What is social work actually?

The bachelor's degree programme at the FH Vorarlberg provides broad, solid basic training in a modern, innovative learning environment and ensures a close connection between theory and practice.
