Applications and admissions process
At the present time, only written registration is possible.
The application consists of the following:
- Written registration with registration form, letter of motivation, CV in table form, copy of certificate(s) (Matura certificate, bachelor's diploma, semester certificate with non-subject-specific admission / training), passport copy and photo as well as the form "Job analysis" and - additionaly only for University graduates with a relevant social science degree the form "Analysis pre-studies" for the CV analysis (digital).
- Registration deadline: 15 May. There are 24 places available.
- Enrolment at the FH Vorarlberg takes place at the end of September as part of the tutorial.
The documents for the application are available only in German since exceptional knowledge of German is required for admission to the degree programme:

Acceptance process
Applicants for the master's degree programme in Social Work must choose one of two specialisations upon application. The acceptance process takes place in two stages and is the same for both specialisations:
- Stage 1:
Systematic analysis of CV with evaluation of professional experience and optionally academic degree. This is followed by he ranking of the candidates as a basis for stage 2.
- Stage 2:
In a multimodal individual interview, questions about personality, motivation for degree and a concrete sample case will be discussed. Details will be provided in due time.
You will be invited to the individual interviews, which take place in May and June. The interview takes approx. 45 minutes.
