We only apply validated qualitative and quantitative research methods for probed spheres of activity that are field-tested in the social sciences, such as Open Space, World Café, group interviews, focus groups, qualitative interviews with experts, desk research, participating monitoring (qualitative methods), as well as standardised interviews, monitoring and the inquiry of operating figures (quantitative methods).
