This research focus of UCT Research aims to make information useful by bringing it to the right place at the right time, in the right form. In particular, current technologies for creating augmented and virtual reality experiences are used, which enable spontaneous knowledge acquisition. The collection, processing, dissemination and use of knowledge in the regular execution of activities, both during learning and in routine phases, will be addressed.

Research and development takes place in the following thematic areas:

  • Technology enhanced learning
  • Augmented and mixed reality
  • Virtual reality
  • User data analytics
