About the programme

Practice-based lectures on the core topics of human resources management (also known as "people management"), practical leadership and organisation development form the basis of the curriculum and make you a specialist in this discipline. From the start of the programme, you consistently pursue the goal of a quality Master's thesis and you are introduced to methodical issues in the introductory module. Lectures to expand on management topics and an opportunity for interdisciplinary work in selectable modules in the context studies are also a part of the programme.

You benefit from a mix of internal and external university lecturers from around the world who provide content depth through a variety of learning opportunities, practical examples and case studies. Some lectures in English help improve your language skills in your area.

In addition to the operative core competences in human resources management, the programme also focuses on strategy, organisation development (OD) and change.
