After completing your master's degree programme in Human Resources & Organisation at FH Vorarlberg, you are a highly qualified human resources specialist. You assume strategic and operative responsibilities with a focus on leadership and change and work at the interface of people and the organisation. You have mastered operative HR duties such as recruiting, human resources administration and development within national and international settings. In addition, you initiate, design and evaluate development projects and change processes including strategy implementation, structural change or cultural development.

Over your career, you develop as a competent business partner within company management (internally and externally) and help to shape and moderate the business change and dialogue processes in national and international companies across all sectors.
