After completing your programme, you will have mastered the operative HR duties such as recruiting, human resources administration and development within national and international settings. You initiate, design and evaluate development projects and change processes including strategy implementation, structural change or cultural development. Over your career, you develop as a competent business partner within company management and help to shape and moderate the business change and dialogue processes.
