You work at the interface of people and the organisation.

After completing your programme, you will have mastered the operative HR duties such as recruiting, human resources administration and development within national and international settings. You initiate, design and evaluate development projects and change processes including strategy implementation, structural change or cultural development. Over your career, you develop as a competent business partner within company management and help to shape and moderate the business change and dialogue processes.

FH Vorarlberg is unique among Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences in offering students the opportunity to mix and match courses and interests. You have scope to choose the study content in the 2. and 3. semesters. You will research, push boundaries and look into areas of personal interest.
