  • the terminology and structure of the 4-level model of business administration as nexus for LV business game-oriented Introduction to Business
  • the terminology and structure of the St. Gallen Management Model (2015) - the fundamental concepts of thinking in (social) systems
  • essential vocabulary and concepts of organization theory from a business perspective, esp. Organization Analysis and Synthesis, build-up, sequence and process organization, basic coordination mechanisms, Primary and secondary organization

Students understand

  • the relevance of theories and models of Firms
  • the essential connections of the key categories of the St. Gallen Management Model
  • the fundamental idea of thinking in (social) to formulate systems
  • companies as social systems in the core.
