Course content

This module explores how companies operate in an international environment. The best way of learning about business is doing business! Using a simulation game you will gain first-hand experience how companies develop, implement and manage international business strategies.


Learning outcomes

By the end of the module, you should be able to:

  1. Appreciate the benefits and problems of internationalisation of markets, production and competition
  2. Understand frameworks of strategy, international expansion and market entry
  3. Identify constraints and opportunities that come with internationalisation
