Specific admission requirements  
  • Completion of a Bachelor‘s degree or diploma degree programme (legalised and translated if required).
  • At least two years' professional experience (documented by an employer reference letter or employment contract in English or German).
  • Evidence of a language level in English at Level B2 according to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Language).

Upon completion of the programme:

  • You understand principles and practises of business in international and intercultural contexts,
  • You take on specialist and executive roles in international teams,
  • You will have developed knowledge and practices in leadership skills and techniques to lead change and transformation in organisations.
  • You will understand the interrelationships of various areas of business and how they can be coordinated to achieve common goals
  • You will be able to connect with different cultures and cooperate with divers stakeholders accross international and functional boundaries
  • You will have honed your skills to rigorously analyse complex problems and apply methods and instruments to design suitable solutions.

In global business, management of intercultural cooperation and organisational change will be the key to success.
