Mode of delivery (face-to-face, distance learning)

Besides theoretic input, the workshop focuses on the practice and application of dialogical methods. We jointly create an innovative space in which we connect „head, heart and hand“ in order to explore sustainable future oriented solutions.

Participants develop prototypes based on specific projects that can be tested in practice. We collectively learn through storytelling and peer coaching about key success factors of innovation and transformation.
