What is the duration of my exchange semester at FH Vorarlberg?

The academic year at FH Vorarlberg is divided into two semesters: Winter (= autumn/fall) semester and Summer (= spring) semester. Each semester has a duration of 15 teaching weeks.

Please note that the semester dates for the semesters taught in English in the Bachelor's degree programmes differ from the semester dates for the semesters which are taught in German. The semester dates of the Master's degree programmes are different too.

For the organisation of your exchange semester it is important to consider the different semester dates.

Detailed information regarding the semester durations of all degree programmes you can find at the Academic Calender
