Opportunities for internships

All degree programmes at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (FH Vorarlberg) have a strong practical orientation. Moreover, the curricula of many degree programmes have a compulsory practical component in the form of an internship. Details on this can be found in the descriptions for each of the degree programmes. Students at FH Vorarlberg apply independently with businesses and organisations for their compulsory internship placements.

The University has many established and long-standing relationships with private businesses and organisations in Vorarlberg and the surrounding regions. Students receive support from the degree programme administration staff in organising their internships.

If an internship can be completed in another country within Europe, the International Office will support you with your applications for funding through the Erasmus+ programme. The International Office also advises graduates who complete internships abroad after they complete their programmes and who wish to apply for funding for an Erasmus+ graduate internship.
