Learning outcomes

Students

  • will fundamentally be able to carry out nursing and healthcare-specific information and explanation work in situations of low to moderate complexity using communication science techniques in a target group-focused manner and
  • will be able to carry out professional information and communication tasks on a case by case basis
  • will learn to support those affected and their reference systems with managing functional impairments, crises and conflicts in an appropriate and skilled manner through information, guidance and advice
