Learning outcomes |
Students
- will be able to evaluate the individual objectives and those set out in the practice protocol agreed with the practice management at the start of the internship
- will know the characteristics of the practical field of acute care including the care of children and adolescents, long-term care and mobile care
- will be able to use professional and comprehensive monitoring as a fundamental skill to carry out tasks within healthcare and nursing
- will be able to estimate the significance of perceptions, identify this and react in a fundamentally appropriate way
- will be aware of, practise and carry out nursing interventions both under guidance and independently within the care process based on nursing diagnoses and nursing standards and nursing interventions
- will develop their social and communicative actions in their interactions with patients, relatives, colleagues and employees of other healthcare professions and will see this as a professional service
- will demonstrate methods of obtaining knowledge that contribute to the development of extensive knowledge and abilities in an appropriate manner for which they themselves are responsible (including managing the training protocol)
- will recognise self-evaluation as an approach for quality assurance in nursing
- will know the principles of supervision, peer consulting, self-evaluation and teamwork and the requirement for these in order to provide professional nursing care
- will be able to create a safe environment by collaborating on the medical diagnosis and treatment
