Course content

A clarification and stabilization of the professional identity takes place. The personal, professional and social competencies are promoted and developed. The area of confilct will be analyzed in the view of social workers, clients, institutions and the society.

Learning outcomes


  • get a differentiated overview of organizations and know the relevant tasks and activities
  • recognize the importance of one's own person in the context of action and have dealt with their own strengths and weaknesses
  • recognize the dangers of paternalistic aid and develop help designs that empower autonomous living

The aim is to evaluate the overall process of the practical training on both the personal and the meta level.
