Course content

In small groups of three to six students, central points of the professional practical training are discussed with a supervisor, who also helps students to view and work through processes and conflicts on a more universal level; to identify and solidify their professional identity; and to promote and develop their interpersonal, professional and social skills


Learning outcomes

Supervision supports students in their professional work as they reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses. Coaching helps students to work in a systematic, structured and focused manner, and it ensures that potential conflicts are identified and addressed early on.

Permanent Participation; Students are expected to be prepared to discuss at least three of their concerns in the supervision and to reflect on these.
