Course content

During their fifth semester, students are required to complete a period of professional practical training that lasts on average a total of 15 weeks and 525 hours. Students are supported throughout their professional practical training by the University in the form of compulsory group supervision and visits by professional practical training instructors at places of professional practical training who answer student questions about their training. The place of professional practical training supports students with professional guidance.


Learning outcomes

The aim of the professional practical training for students is to try out their future profession under supervision. During their professional practical training students apply both what they have learnt about social work during their studies and their personal skills.
