An important goal of this week was the launch of the European Mobility Innovation Center (EMIC), which is a project objective of the RUN-EU Work Package 4. EMIC will function as a competence centre in the field of mobility innovation and will be comparable to the International Services of RUN-EU.
In the context of this international meeting, the RUN-EU Marketplace took place on 30 March 2022. Students and staff of Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences were invited to visit the stands of our RUN-EU partner universities from Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland and Hungary to get to know them and to find out what they had to offer. The International Office of Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences presented offers within the framework of Short Advanced Programmes (SAPs) at an own stand.
The five EMIC teams were able to make good use of their time in Austria to promote further cooperation and to establish organisational foundations.
The next face-to-face meeting of all EMIC teams will take place in October at IPCA (Polytechnic of Cávado and Ave) in the north of Portugal.
