"I arrived at the student residence in Hohenems on Friday afternoon. I was quickly welcomed by all the students already living there and quickly made friends.
The Welcome Week was a perfect start to get to know all the other internationals, the university and the surrounding region. The information about everyday life, such as bus and train connections, was also very helpful.
The crowning glory of this wonderful time was definitely the excursion to Mount Karren and the evening we spent together in a pub. After just one week, I feel I have almost completely arrived and have found nice people with whom I also do a lot in my free time."
