You are interested in people and their development in an organization?

You want to master tasks, concepts, methods and tools of human resources management?

Your goal is to design and develop the organizations of the future?

 

After completing the master's degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources & Organisation (HRO), you will have the necessary knowledge to actively drive the human resources management of a national or international organization.

As a specialist:in strategic and operational human resources management as well as organizational development, you will accompany people and organizations competently and mindfully in times of change.

After completing the master's degree in Human Resources & Organization at the FHV, you will be a:e highly qualified:expert:in.

You will take on strategic and operational tasks with a focus on leadership and change and provide valuable impulses at the interface of people and organization.

You will apply your knowledge of operational HR tasks such as recruiting, personnel administration and development in a profitable way in national and international environments.

You initiate, design and evaluate development projects and change processes such as strategy implementation, structural changes or cultural development.

Over the course of your career, you will develop into a:r human resources business partner:in management and design and facilitate operational change and dialog processes in companies in a wide variety of industries.

A variety of promising fields of activity await you: personnel management,
human resources development, organizational development, corporate management.

As a graduate:in, you will be awarded the academic degree of Master of Arts in Business (MA). This qualifies you for complementary doctoral or PhD studies at a university of business and economics.
