FHV offers a wide range of study abroad opportunities that allow you to earn fully recognized credits, gain international work experience, and strengthen your language and intercultural skills.

You can choose from exchange semesters, internships, and short-term programmes. The International Office team supports you in gaining international experience during your studies, providing guidance throughout the process as well as information on funding options such as Erasmus+.

Exchange semester

_{An exchange semester gives you the opportunity to study at one of our 100+ partner universities worldwide and gain valuable international experience.}

_{Credits earned abroad are fully recognized by FHV, allowing you to continue your studies after you return.

The Exchange Team provides guidance throughout the entire process - from selecting a destination to meeting deadlines and preparing the application. You’ll receive all important information at each stage of the process.}

Internship abroad

_{Various internships that are part of your degree programme can be completed abroad in order to gain valuable international work experience.

You are responsible for finding a placement that fits your goals. The International Office provides information and support regarding Erasmus+ funding opportunities.}

_{An international internship offers the opportunity to strengthen language skills, experience different working cultures, and develop an international professional network.}

Short-term mobility

_{Short‑term mobility offers opportunities to gain international experience without completing a full semester abroad. Programmes such as Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes or Short Learning Opportunities within the RUN-EU European University Network allow students to participate in international collaboration over a period of a few days or weeks.}

_{For students enrolled in part-time Bachelor's or Master's programmes, study trips outside the EU are also available. These Trips provide the opportunity to gain international experience in a compact format.}

Double Degrees
