Startup Vorarlberg @FHV

startup consulting, mentoring & community

Startup Vorarlberg @FHV is the FHV's Startup Centre. As part of the Startup Vorarlberg initiative, we run our own centre directly at the university. We offer students, employees and alumni a wide range of startup-related services.

Those interested in founding a company will find an environment here that encourages creative thinking and supports entrepreneurial behaviour.

Close links with regional and international innovation networks create a dynamic environment for growth and further development. What begins as an idea is brought to life here through dialogue with like-minded people and the support of a community.

The FHV Startup Center  –  your first point of contact for starting a business

As the first point of contact for students, researchers, employees and alumni interested in setting up a business, the FHV Startup Centre has three central tasks:

  • Startup Vorarlberg @FHV helps...
... to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit - with ideation workshops, events, a strong community and practical offers relating to entrepreneurship.
  • Startup Vorarlberg @FHV supports...
... people interested in founding a company on their way to starting up. Individual coaching sessions, a high-calibre mentor network and specific peer groups and training courses take start-up ideas to the next level.
  • Startup Vorarlberg @FHV accompanies...
... with two programmes that extend over 4 months with weekly course units and cover a variety of startup-relevant content. We now offer a pre-incubation and incubation programme every semester, in which we accompany the startups from the idea, through the development of the business model, prototyping, financing, pitching, to the go-to-market.

Our education and networking programmes

  • Fempower Community:
