As a graduate of the Master's degree in International Business Administration - Sustainable Management with a specialisation in People, Organisation & Transformation, you will be fully prepared to support transformations in companies and develop innovative solutions for HR management and change management. You will have practical knowledge and the methodological skills that are of central importance in a globalised and digitalised world.

Curriculum
Contextual Studies: Selection of 1 or 2 modules totaling 6 ETCS.

ECTS: Credit points based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Consistent with international standards, 30 ECTS points can be earned each semester.

After completing the Master's degree in People, Organisation & Transformation at the FHV, you will be highly qualified and optimally prepared for the key areas of responsibility of a modern Chief People Officer (CPO). You will find employment in the areas of personnel and organisational development in companies of all sizes, but also in associations, non-profit organisations and in the consulting industry.
Benefit from a variety of attractive areas of responsibility and decide yourself which path you want to take. A wide range of tasks in the areas of HR management, talent management and organisational development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate management, project management, consulting, research and much more await you.
The programme also opens pathways to pursue a doctorate or PhD programme at an accredited university.

Access and application
The Master's degree programmes in Business Administration at the FHV require the following qualifications or capabilities:
- Completed bachelor's or diploma degree in business administration or
- Completion of an equivalent bachelor's or diploma degree with at least 30 ECTS
(credit points according to the "European Credit Transfer System") of Business Administration content:
The course of study must have been completed over a period of at least six semesters and 180 ECTS at a recognised domestic or foreign post-secondary educational institution for which admission requires a general university entrance qualification and which is recognized as a post-secondary educational institution under the legislation of the country in which it is based.
The programme director will decide on a case-by-case basis whether the admission requirements for equivalent bachelor's or diploma degrees or any required additional achievements have been met.
The Business Administration Master's degree programmes are designed as part-time studies. Professional experience, particularly in a relevant professional field, is not a mandatory requirement, but is an advantage for the application process.
Proof of German and English language skills at level B2 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

The application deadlines at the FHV are divided as follows:
Application deadline I 15th November - 1st March
By applying by March 1st, you will benefit from a faster confirmation of your study place
Application deadline II until 31st May
You can apply for all degree programmes until 31st May.
Application deadline III until 31st August
Some degree programmes still have a few places available until 31st August.
Important information: The ultimate application deadline for all applications sent from third countries (non EU or non-EEA, with the exception of Switzerland) is 1st March.
The following documents are required for your application:
- Letter of motivation
- Curriculum vitae in tabular format
- Certificates (high school diploma, bachelor's/master's/diploma certificate or - diploma certificate, transcript of records - overview of achievements)
- Passport or identity card
- Current portrait photo
- Proof of professional experience (certificate of employment), if applicable
- Proof of language skills
If you are still missing certificates or examination results at the time of your application, you can submit these at a later date.

Preliminary examination of your documents, your previous studies and your professional experience.
Step 2:
In a personal interview, we will learn more about you, your goals, and your motivation for the study programme.
All applications that have successfully completed step 1 will be admitted to step 2. The best 20 applications will be offered a study place.
Proven academic achievements that have been completed in master's degree programmes at colleges and universities can be recognized on an individual basis for individual courses or modules. The decision on recognition lies with the programme director.
