Keynote Speaker
Patrick Konzett
Mentaltrainer
A few words about him: Patrick Konzett is a keynote speaker and mental coach. What sets him apart is not learned knowledge, but the experience of having hit rock bottom and rising again. On stage, he doesn’t play a role; he speaks openly about nervousness, insecurity, and life without a mask. His approach is clear: resilience isn’t theoretical—it’s something you live and train every day.
About the Keynote: In his keynote, Patrick Konzett debunks common myths about mental strength. He talks about resilience as it is truly experienced – not polished, not theoretical, but right in the middle of real life. Many people have been “just getting by” for years without realizing that this is already resilience. In the keynote, they finally find words for this feeling and gain clarity about what they can actually train. No PowerPoint overload, no motivational clichés—just honest insights that relieve and stick.
