The project funded by Interreg ABH VI, led by the FHV Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with IG Kultur Vorarlberg, LAKS Baden-Württemberg e.V. (DE), and KAPUZINER – Raum für Kunst, Kultur und Soziales e.V. (DE), aims to sustainably strengthen the resilience of small and medium-sized cultural institutions in the programme region.

With KURE, we create spaces for exchange and learning to sustainably strengthen the resilience of cultural institutions in the programme area and to initiate a cross-regional network that connects leaders across institutions and national borders. The project particularly addresses leaders of small and medium-sized independent cultural organisations who must navigate key transformation processes despite limited resources. In newly developed workshop formats, participants collaboratively and co-creatively develop practice-oriented solutions to shape their role within the cultural landscape with autonomy and to position their organisations for a sustainable future.
