PEMOWE
Testing Network for the Energy and Mobility Transition
This project is funded/supported by:

In the PEMOWE project, research institutions from Austria and Bavaria are pooling their expertise to provide SMEs in the field of power electronics with reliable testing methods, particularly for applications in renewable energy and e-mobility.

Project Objectiv
FHV’s Contribution through the Research Centres for Microtechnology and Energy
-
Conducting non-destructive analyses using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), RAMAN spectroscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and imaging X-ray computed tomography (CT).
-
This strengthens material and defect analysis as part of the cross-border testing framework.
-
Active involvement in organising workshops and developing teaching and training materials for SMEs.
Objective
Through these activities, FHV contributes to the establishment of a permanent testing network that supports SMEs in the practical, competent, and efficient implementation of innovative and reliable testing methods.
