Guidlines for your careers fair participation

• Stand size: Maximum
•  3 x 3 m (depending on placement; specific location requests cannot be accommodated)
• Basic stand equipment: High table (50 x 100 cm, white) + 2 bar stools → EUR 75.00 (excl. VAT)
• Additional equipment: Available on request
• Roll-ups: max. 2 standard-size or 1 XL roll-up, alternatively, LED display systems (max. width: 3 m)
• Beach flags: not permitted
• Installations: Alllowed as long as the 3 x 3 m  area is not exceeded
• Giveaways: Please keep sustainable and minimal
• Pitch series „Insights into Careers & Applications“: An opportunity to contribute to the fair's programme. Detailed information will follow upon confirmation of participation.
  
  

How pre-registraion works

1. Create a user account for your company (1 user per company). If an account already exists (e.g. from the previous year), it can be reused.
2. Once the account is confirmed, you can proceed with pre-registering your stand.
3. Registration deadline: 09 November 2026
   
   

NEW: All participating companies will have the opportunity to clarify any outstanding questions during a Teams meeting.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 16 December, from 9:00 to 10:00 am. The meeting link will be sent out in good time before the meeting.

Careers fair Vorarlberg magazin

In cooperation with Vorarlberger Nachrichten, the careers fair magazin will be distributed to households across Vorarlberg A basic listing is required for participation - available from EUR 1,925.00 (excl. VAT). ▷ More information & booking

The event offers all interested parties - whether high school graduates, students, alumni or those in the middle of their careers - the perfect environment to get in touch with potential employers and to find out about further education opportunities. 

Participation

The event is free of charge and visitors do not need to register. You can simply drop by at the FHV. 

Travelling & parking

The job fair promotes sustainable travel. Together with our partner VMOBIL, we offer free travel by public transport. Simply buy a ticket and come along. You can find the timetable at www.vmobil.at.
