Future skills
The study programmes at the FHV teach the necessary specialist knowledge as well as future skills to be successful in the professional world of tomorrow. "These include, for example, developing self-reflection, critical thinking, adaptability and communication skills. But it also includes raising awareness of ethical and social responsibility and promoting an understanding of sustainability. These skills are anchored in all study programs on an interdisciplinary basis," says FHV Rector Regine Kadgien. The FHV stands for high quality teaching. "We continuously develop our study programs and ensure the highest teaching standards in the long term. Our aim is to achieve a high level of satisfaction among both students and lecturers, which ultimately provides positive impetus for Business and Management," says Kadgien. Even though the FHV is and will remain a face-to-face university, asynchronous teaching will be further expanded and courses will be digitized where appropriate.
