What can you expect?
The traditional view of leadership is clear: one person takes responsibility, makes the decisions, and sets the direction. But what happens when two people share a leadership role? Does it create more coordination and complexity – or does it lead to greater clarity, better decisions, and increased resilience?
In their talk, two leaders share first-hand insights from a successful job-sharing partnership and challenge some of the most common assumptions about leadership. They explain why they do not believe in the idea of the lone hero at the top and explore what it really takes for shared leadership to succeed.
Is co-leadership a romantic ideal, or a commercially successful leadership model? Join us for honest insights and thought-provoking perspectives.
