What can you expect?
Reporting is much more than just a supplier of figures - it is a central management tool and therefore essential for making well-founded decisions within the company. At the same time, like many other areas, it is under pressure from increasing complexity, increasing speed and growing expectations of transparency and relevance. New technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ML (Machine Learning) or GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) offer great potential here. Not only can they make processes more efficient, they can also significantly increase the quality and informative value of content - provided they are used in a targeted and responsible manner. The presentation offers a practical insight into the possible uses of these technologies in reporting - without ignoring the challenges, limitations and risks. Because if you want to use technology effectively, you need more than just tools: They need clarity of purpose, the courage to embrace change and a realistic understanding of what AI can really do today - and what it cannot (yet) do.
