What can you expect?

Breast health concerns all of us – and awareness is the first step.

This Breast Health Awareness Day invites you to engage actively and interactively with the topics of early detection and prevention.

Across two workshop sessions, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge on a range of subjects, including effective communication with healthcare professionals, preventive exercise, recognising warning signs, self-examination, mindfulness, yoga, and preventive care through VR-based training. The programme is complemented by information stands hosted by the project partners.

The day concludes with an inspiring keynote address by Nadja Will, speaker and expert in breast health and cancer communication.
