Purpose of data processing, data categories:
The personal data you provide us with is used to carry out library administration and loans (borrowing authorizations, borrowing transactions, dunning and fee administration).
Students, employees and external lecturers of the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences receive a Campus Card, which also entitles them to use the library, on the basis of the existing contractual relationship.#
If external library users apply for a library card, such a card will be issued, which contains the name and the card number with bar code.
If you use the option to create user accounts, bibliographies, alerting services or otherwise enter personal or business data (e-mail address, names, addresses, etc.) within the e-resource offerings, you do so at your own risk.
The storage location can be seen from the respective data protection declarations of the e-resource providers. If this is outside the EU and there is no adequacy decision of the European Union, the corresponding state does not have an adequate level of data protection.
