Internships prior to the completion of the fourth semester can only be recognised after consultation with the head of the degree programme.
Students in the internship are assigned a supervisor - as a rule, this is the supervisor of the Bachelor thesis. The form in which written reports on the internship are to be written and submitted should be clarified with the supervisor. It is advisable to write a report about a week after the start of the internship, another report in the middle and one at the end of the internship. This report should describe the contents of the work and reflect on references to the studies.
Studies at a university of applied sciences are characterised by a strong practical orientation. Practical relevance means - in addition to imparting knowledge and experience of professional practice - also experiencing the economic, legal and social operations as well as the mutual interactions. Therefore, the internship is to be completed outside the university and preferably on projects in the world of work.
