Experience Change – Shaping Transformation with Serious Games.
What to expect?
Shaping Change – But How?
Digital transformation, new ways of working, and cultural shifts are confronting organisations with complex change processes.
But how can these transformations be made understandable, tangible, and manageable for employees and leaders alike?
Our answer: Serious Games.
Business simulations and serious games make transformation tangible. They create safe spaces for experimentation and promote systemic thinking – opening up new perspectives on the dynamics and resistance that arise during change.
Workshop Overview
Introduction to the World of Serious Games
What are business simulations – and why are they so effective in personnel and organisational development?
Experience Rather Than Just Talk
Participants will actively engage with a selected serious game – offering first-hand insight into how change processes can be experienced and understood.
Reflection and Transfer
We will jointly analyse the dynamics observed in the game and transfer key insights to real organisational settings and consulting projects.
Design Competence for Transformation
You’ll gain practical impulses on how to strategically integrate serious games into change initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and development programmes.
