Project Objective

On behalf of the Chamber of Labour Vorarlberg, the Research Group for Empirical Social Sciences at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences conducted a scientific evaluation of the "Bildungszuschuss Vorarlberg". The primary focus was on the experiences of current and former grant recipients and their satisfaction with the programme, as well as identifying potential areas for further development.

The evaluation project followed a mixed-methods design, comprising an operationalisation workshop, a secondary data analysis of documented applications, and both standardised and qualitative surveys of grant recipients. The findings were presented to the commissioning body in two interim presentations and discussed in terms of potential future development scenarios for the "Bildungszuschuss Vorarlberg".
