Lecture: "Digital innovation culture of tomorrow"

For the digital innovation culture of tomorrow, it is crucial to anchor the right mix of skills in the organization. This includes not only technical expertise, but also so-called "soft" factors. After all, innovation is fueled by intellectual curiosity, optimism, a positive error culture and an attitude that promotes not only ideas but also action.

As part of a presentation at Platform V, Ann-Kristin Cordes was able to name six factors from her many years of experience from digitization projects carried out in SMEs, which she sees as the foundation for digital innovation in the future.
