About innovation and opportunities in the Vorarlberg region

Andreas Pichler, programme director (of the bachelor's degree programme Computer Science - Digital Innovation and master's degree programme Business Informatics) and Ann-Kristin Cordes had the great opportunity to exchange ideas with Marcus Frantz, Executive Board Member & CDTO and Ljiljana Durkovic Manojlovic, Employer Branding Specialist of the Zumtobel Group, about digital transformation in science and practice and to consider together where there could be synergies and good additions.

EBusCharge - Flexible E-Bus Fleet Charge Management Flexible charging load management of e-bus fleets. Verkehrsverbund Vorarlberg GmbH sees the future of its bus fleet in battery electric buses (BEB) and is expanding to 60 buses by 2025 and a total of 100 buses in less than 10 years. The EBusCharge project at the Energy Research Center is accompanying this ambitious infrastructure project, developing and researching technical solutions for charging management of growing e-bus fleets.

Steffen Finck und Nina Schneider arbeiten an der FHV – Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences am Forschungsprojekt Circular Lab.
