Members of the Initiative for a Strong City Center Münster have approached the Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Lingen to develop a concept for implementing a digital and sustainable delivery service with the help of the competence center. This delivery service is intended for retailers in Münster city center, as customers have repeatedly expressed a desire for a pre-order or delivery service in the past.
Together with the Lingen Competence Center, members of the initiative held discussions and workshops to determine the initial situation with the help of a process model for the development of data-driven business models. With the objectives developed from this, it was possible to continue working on a solution concept.

Feedback from users on the further development of the concept

In order to be able to assess the feasibility of a digital solution, the next step was to test it for feedback from retailers and customers in Münster city center. Interested parties can find out how the feedback influenced the further development of the digital concept and what challenges were faced during the implementation of the project in the practical report by the "Initiative starke Innenstadt Münster e.V."
