FHV handles your personal data carefully and conscientiously. When processing data, we observe the legal national and European data protection regulations.

Purpose of Data Processing:
The data provided for the study trip is processed for the organisation and execution of the trip.

Select images and relevant video material from the study trip may be used by FH Vorarlberg GmbH for marketing purposes, e.g., for publication on its homepage, in social media, such as, for example, Facebook, YouTube and the like). Study trip participants are not entitled to financial compensation for such use.

Legal basis:
the performance of a contract and the carrying-out of precontractual measures (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) serve as the legal basis for the processing of personal data for the study trip. Art. 49 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract, precontractual measures) serves as the legal basis for the transfer of data to third countries.

The provision of personal data necessary for the organization and execution of the study trip is not required by law. It is, however, necessary for the performance of the contract and the carrying-out of precontractual measures. Not providing this data will result in your exclusion from participating in the study trip.

Your name and contact information will be provided to the other study trip participants on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

The use of select images and relevant video material for marketing purposes is based on the legitimate interests of FH Vorarlberg. The most modern media are used for the processing of the images and video materials used. This use is essential for ensuring the competitive position and continued existence of FH Vorarlberg. The material will only be used to the extent required for the purpose, in a suitable and comprehensible manner, and in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures for the protection of data.

The provision of images and video materials is neither required by law nor by contract, and there is no obligation to do so. We do, however, ask that you inform us early on if you object to such use.

The level of data protection there is not adequate, the data subject’s rights may not be guaranteed, and there might not even be a data protection authority. The transfer of data to such countries is at your own risk.
