Study
The FHV offers bachelor's and master's degree programs in Business and Management, Engineering and Technology, Design, and Work and Health. There are different models: full-time, part-time or part-time extended, and dual.

Research
At the FHV, there are four research centres: Energy, Business Informatics, Microtechnology and User Centred Technologies, as well as the Empirical Social Sciences research group. Two research groups (Digital Transformation and Smart Engineering) is under construction.
The Digital Factory Vorarlberg is a joint venture of AIT Austrian Institute of Technology and FHV and has been operating independently since January 2022.
Campus
By 2025, the FHV campus will be extensively modernized and expanded. Students will find state-of-the-art seminar rooms, multi-media lecture halls, technology labs, computer pools, as well as a café and refectory. The refectory has seating for 250.
Computer Pools
Students have access to approximately 300 computer workstations. The computer labs offer more than 160 different software applications. The workstations are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Library
The library's media holdings include approximately 75,000 media (books, magazine volumes, DVDs, CD-ROMs, audio CDs, and over 120 magazine subscriptions). Collection focuses on Business and Management, Design, Engineering and Technology, Work and Health.
The online offering includes reference and full-text databases, over 14,000 e-journals, and over 76,000 e-books.
Approximately 900 square meters provide six research workstations, 16 workstations in a separate reading room, eleven study rooms, as well as a periodicals area.
International Office
The FVH cooperates with 115 universities worldwide to facilitate student and faculty mobility.

Continuing education
As the science and continuing education center of the state of Vorarlberg and the FHV, Schloss Hofen offers continuing education and master degree programmes at an academic level in cooperation with domestic and foreign universities.
